The list below has changes made in the M.L.S.

The z/y boundaries have changed. I-220 is now the boundary line for z17 and z18 in Bossier.

Garden Valley is now z16 y19.

Legal descriptions may be pulled from Realist or the Tax Assessor. It should be entered into the Legal description field. "Later" "Call Office" "Lengthy" "On File" are not acceptable. If the legal is too long enter put an attachment containing the long legal description in the Attachments and put "See Attachment." The attachment must be put in the program.

NO NAMES, EMAIL ADDRESSES, PHONE NUMBERS, WEBSITES OR COMPANY NAMES may be put in the public remarks section.

All listings with a unit # or lot # should put it in the unit # field and NOT in the street name field. The property history will fill in using the unit #.

O RURAL PROPERTIES= if a property is put in as 0 Rural, directions are encouraged be put in the attachments section.

BONUS ROOMS AND BEDROOMS, Bonus and Media have been added to the Rooms field. The MLS committee has had several concerns about a Bonus room being listed as a bedroom. If a bonus room is listed as a bonus room, it cannot be listed as a bedroom as well. THE SAME ROOM CANNOT BE REPORTED AS BOTH IN MLXCHANGE. Fines will be assessed per the fine schedule in MLXchange.

Reminder: Photos may NOT contain signs with legible reading of office name, number or agent information. The contact information should not be readable. Photos should be resized before attempting to enter them into the MLXchange system. Photos should be 640 x 480 to ensure quick entry

How Does CSS Work?
Basic Information
With CSS, there are three basic types of showings: GO, COURTESY, APPOINTMENT REQUIRED.
GO is used for vacant homes.
COURTESY means we will call and leave a message about the appointment, but the agent is OK to show the property.
APPOINTMENT REQUIRED means we have to get your (or your agent's) approval to let the buyer's agent show
your home to a prospective buyer.
Generally, homes that are GO or COURTESY get an average of one more showing per week than APPOINTMENT REQUIRED homes. (More showings mean a faster sale!)
ALSO ON THE FORMS FAXED TO CSS YOU MAY INDICATE TO TEXT OR EMAIL OWNERS -- PROVIDE THE EMAIL ADDRESS.
YOU MAY ALSO REQUEST THAT YOU BE PLACED ON HOLD FOR THE CSS AGENT TO CALL THE OWNER WHILE YOU WAIT.
