LICENSE RENEWAL
Don't forget to go online to the LREC website http://www.lrec.state.la.us to renew your real estate license. No hard copies were sent from LREC. Instructions may be found on the nwlar website--www.nwlar.org
AND
Remember that your 2012 REALTOR dues are due December 31, 2011. If either LREC fees and/or REALTOR dues are not paid before January 1st, your services (including MLS) will be suspended.
And...renew your E & O insurance. If a licensee has not maintained continuous coverage, the policy will not go back retroactively. If a claim occurs during the lapse of coverage, there would be no coverage for the claim.
